Simon's background of over 25 years in the BC and International Hospitality industry started in his first job as a dishwasher at 13 in West Vancouver BC
Simon is a Red Seal Endorsed (RSE) Chef with a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA) and has also completed Level I of his ISG Sommelier certification
